On Friday, February 5, 2010 we will celebrate our 19th Annual REMEDY Pie Day. This is our way of saying “THANK YOU” to all those who contribute to the success of the pilot program at Yale New Haven Hospital. Fresh pies will be served throughout the hospital, from the Operating Rooms to the Loading Dock, and ALL are invited.
Every year, it is by YOUR generous support that Pie Day is made possible. Please consider making a $100 or more tax-deductible donation to support this event. Donations may be made by mail or through our website – www.remedyinc.org - where you can use PayPal or your credit card (follow the DONATE NOW link to the Pie day page). Pie Day will be REMEDY’s only yearly fundraiser apart from the annual run-for-REMEDY.
Your Pie Day contribution will not only thank out volunteer staff, but also support the REMEDY mission: During the past year, supplies and equipment from our pilot program have been distributed to medical missions, U.S. based not-for-profits, students and residents traveling abroad. Nurses, doctors, technicians, students and volunteers from Yale New Haven Hospital are instrumental in accomplishing these results.
