It is rare that in a hospital setting, medical staff, central supply, custodial workers, etc. have a chance to meet each other together let alone actually work together on projects to achieve a common goal. A REMEDY program can provide the context nurses to work with central supply, for medical students to meet loading dock workers. REMEDY is a way for the diverse personnel resources in a hospital to join forces, working together to reach out to the wider local, and ultimately, international community.
